How Hill Tribe provides care, handles payments, and protects your rights
Last Updated: September 24, 2026
1. Who We Are
Hill Tribe, LLC ("Hill Tribe," "we," "us") is a Florida medical practice located at 402 N Howard Ave, Tampa, FL 33606. Care is provided by licensed Florida healthcare providers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myhilltribe.com and its subdomains (the "Site") and the services we provide.
By using the Site, booking a consultation, or becoming a patient, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. The Site Is Not Medical Advice
Content on the Site, including articles, service descriptions, and responses from our website chat assistant, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, does not create a provider-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3. Eligibility and Where We Provide Care
Our services are available to adults 18 years of age or older. We provide in-office care at our Tampa clinic and telehealth care to patients who are physically located in the State of Florida at the time of service. We do not currently provide care to patients located outside of Florida.
Telehealth visits are conducted only after you have provided informed consent to telehealth and after we have verified your identity. Some conditions and treatments require an in-person visit; your provider will tell you when that is the case.
4. Prescriptions, Controlled Substances, and Compounded Medications
All prescription medications, including hormone therapy, testosterone, peptide therapy, and GLP-1 medications, are prescribed only after an evaluation by a licensed Hill Tribe provider that includes a review of your medical history and laboratory results. A prescription is issued only when your provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate. Booking or paying for a consultation or lab panel does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance under federal and Florida law. We prescribe and monitor controlled substances in accordance with applicable law, which includes ongoing lab work, follow-up visits, and refill limits. We do not prescribe controlled substances to patients who are not under our active care.
Some medications we prescribe are compounded. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by a state-licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved products. Your provider will tell you whether a medication is compounded or FDA-approved and why it was chosen for you. We prescribe only medications that may lawfully be prescribed and dispensed in the United States.
Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies. Hill Tribe does not sell or ship prescription medication through the Site. If a pharmacy ships medication to you, the pharmacy's own terms, delivery, and return policies also apply. Prescription medication that has left the pharmacy cannot be returned or resold.
5. Payments, Memberships, Refunds, and Cancellations
Hill Tribe is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, and we do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid. Prices for consultations, lab panels, programs, and memberships are provided to you before you are charged. Charges appear on your card statement as HILL TRIBE.
Depending on your treatment plan, prescription medication may be billed by the dispensing pharmacy or by Hill Tribe as part of a treatment program. We will tell you which applies, and the cost, before you are charged. In every case, medication is dispensed only by a licensed pharmacy after a valid prescription. Hill Tribe does not sell prescription medication through the Site.
Some programs are billed as a recurring monthly membership. When you enroll, we disclose the amount, the billing frequency, and what the membership includes, and you authorize us to charge your card on file on that schedule until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by calling 813-544-8950 or emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made. We will notify you in advance of any change to the membership price.
Consultations, lab draws, IV sessions, and other services that have been performed are not refundable. If you prepay for a service that has not yet been performed, you may request a refund by contacting us at the address below; refunds are issued to the original payment method. Medication that has been ordered from or dispensed by a pharmacy cannot be returned or refunded. Medication charges billed by Hill Tribe for medication that has not yet been ordered are refundable on request.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments without notice.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at [email protected] or 813-544-8950 and we will work to resolve it promptly, usually within two business days.
6. Patient Concerns, Complaints, and Side Effects
Your safety comes first. If you experience a side effect or adverse reaction to any treatment, contact us right away at 813-544-8950 or [email protected]. In an emergency, call 911. We document and review every reported adverse event, and we report to the FDA MedWatch program and to the dispensing pharmacy when appropriate.
If you have a complaint about our care or our business practices, please tell us so we can make it right. You may also contact the Florida Department of Health at flhealthcomplaint.gov or 850-245-4339.
7. Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your care, appointments, lab results, and account. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or using the unsubscribe link in an email. Message and data rates may apply.
